Veera, thank you very much.  We have our new home and are just overjoyed.  Wanda forgave you for keeping her in the dark at my request.  I wanted to suprise the wifie, but you women are always a step ahead.

The journey to home ownership took a while for our first brief converstion months ago until Wanda decided to help me and get involved then the roller coaster began.  We looked at a few houses, when we saw the one without the kitchen I had to wonder what you where thinking.  Wanda saw the potential but glad we found the perfect home with no immediate "honey do" list.

You were always available and kept me informed at every step.  You worked with me provided the professional guidance needed in a life time purchase such as a new home.  You always looked out ofr our interests and made valuable guggestions, never pushy and definitely always on our side.

When you are in the process of purchasing a home and need a fabulous Realtor turn to Veera Phillips. She worked with us to find the perfect property. She kept our needs and wants in mind as she guided us through the maze of properties to be viewed.  
 
When a huge issue regarding clear title became a challenge she and her team, the lender and title company fought to make sure that our interests were preserved.  In a market were good properties were gone in a blink and others had to write several offers and pay thousands of dollars over the asking price she negotiated a deal we could live with and we actually paid less than we initially offered.
 
It was an arduous journey but with Veera’s guidance and support we made it and I will call on her again when our family has outgrown our first home and I will call her again when we need to invest in real estate and I will certainly recommend her to family, friends, co-workers and others that need to purchase.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.  It took a little longer than expected but finally I have a home of my own.  After specking with you on that intial consultation I had more information than I knew what to do with and still had a lot to learn. I started this process and didn't know what to expect. I looked at a lot of neighborhoods and found this great forecloser home with all the space I needed inside and out. Yes it needed work and you directed me to the lender and program that helped me with the extra money to fix up just the way I want it to be.
 
You guided me to the right people.  First to the best lender in the world Everet Sands with Advance Bank.  He was very informative, gave me a good rate and worked with the programs that gave me extra money to help me with the down payment and closing cost, then a good inspection company, title company and finally a great contractor to create my dream home.
 
It was great experiance everyone was a professional and treated me like this was a million dollar property.  I am really pleased with the outcome.

I really need to thank my friend William too, when he told me that he was working with a real estate agent and that there was a program that would save me thousands of dollars if I bought a home I just didn’t believe him. Then I met you and you “drove the bus”. Veera you handled everything.
